RBS hires change theorist to cut legal costs

Richard Susskind, the legal IT expert, has been appointed by the Royal Bank of Scotland to advise on its forthcoming panel review process and help improve efficiencies.

The 20 firms that sit on its top and second tier panels have been warned that efficiencies are expected if they are to be reappointed for 2015.
