Revenue growth slows at CMS as group posts 8.4 per cent increase

CMS has reported its financials for 2015/16, with turnover rising 8.4 per cent year-on-year to £735.2m.

The report includes fees from CMS's ten member firms, which operate under the CMS brand as part of a German European Economic Interest Grouping.

Slowed rate of revenue growth

The figures show the rate of revenue growth for the group has slowed, having risen by 11 per cent the previous year. But profits for the 2015/16 financial year were up 6.8 per cent, compared to 3 per cent the year before.

‘A strong and successful business’

CMS UK senior partner Penelope Warne commented: 'Although Brexit has presented some challenges and uncertainty in the UK market, we have maintained a strong and successful business.'
