Mr Britton will be supported by Saw Yu Win as senior adviser and partner in the Myanmar office, which is also supported by Malaysia-based partner Khoo Yu Lin. His experience includes advising on transactions involving cross-border financing, IP, joint ventures, security agreements, securities regulation and stock acquisitions, as well as analysis and negotiation. He has also advised on projects covering aspects and areas of corporate commercial, financing, infrastructure and taxation, as well as real estate transactions.
