Exigent will continue to collaborate on some of the work which is done for the UK arm from South Africa. Radiant Law has just recruited Justin Cornish from Latham & Watkins to head the office which will be based in Cape Town. Three other lawyers are also being taken on. Radiant’s CEO, Alex Hamilton, said that the firm would follow ‘a very aggressive recruitment path’ in South Africa.
