Mamiya specialises in corporate and transactions and was founded six years ago by M&A specialist Jum Mamiya. Ken Kurosu, managing partner of the Squire Patton Tokyo office, said: ‘We have developed a strong relationship with Mamiya-sensei, having first worked together almost 20 years ago.
