Remuneration is going up 42 per cent for partners at the lower end of the scale, taking them up from £225,000 to £320,000. Managing partner Michael Chissick said: 'We’re trying to reward our top performers in a better way. So the partnership decided to make a bigger range of points available in the profit share system.'
