UK merger will create £75 million turnover firm

Two top UK firms have announced that they will merge next month. Shakespeares and SGH Martineau have confirmed that they will merge on June 15. The new firm, Shakespeare Martineau will have a combined annual turnover of £75 million with 900 people and offices in several locations around the UK as well as one international office in Brussels.
