The advice from Uria was given to the consortium of the Portuguese National Energy and Geology Laboratory, the Spanish Geology and Mining Institute and Impulso Industrial Alternativo. The consortium signed a temporary joint venture agreement this week in Luanda to enable it to bid for a project to provide technical assistance on Angola's national geology plan.
