US partner charge out rates rise 5pc in 2014/15

The median charge out rate for partners in the top 50 US law firms has risen from $675 per hour to $711, according to LexisNexis, which is comparing its H1 2015 research to a previous piece of research that covered calendar year 2014.

Data in the Enterprise Legal Management Trends Report powered by LexisNexis CounselLink highlights four cities where fee increases are 'significant'. These are Chicago, San Francisco, Boston and Philadelphia.
