The claim is made in Library Voices, 'the voices of education' in Canada, in relation to developments in Alberta and Ottowa. The site says: 'With increased competition, mostly from lower cost providers, the price of legal services will definitely stagnate, flat line, or perhaps even fall as a result of this change.'
