The new office will advise on competition, state aid and regulated industries such as merger control, telecoms and European law matters. It will be led by partner Emmanuel Tricot, who last year moved to Veil Jourde from Winston & Strawn to launch a competition team.
Other firms that have established an office in Brussels to serve the EU market include DWF and Pinsent Masons, both of which opened there last year.
