White & Case ended its five year association with Dr Waleed Al-Nuwaiser in December and was known to be in discussion with a Saudi partner, though the new association had yet to receive regulatory approval. Mr AlSalloum and Mr AlToaimi are currently associates at White & Case in Riyadh and will be association partners. 

‘Business as usual’

White & Case’s head of Middle East Doug Peel said it is ‘business as usual for our clients while this new arrangement is being put in place’, which is expected to be towards the end of the first quarter or early in the second quarter of the year. Sources: The Lawyer; Legal Week
