Corporate and M&A partner Mr Walton has accepted a position at Dechert after almost five years with King & Wood Mallesons. He joined the firm from Clyde & Co in 2011, where he had been a partner since 2008. Previously, he had spent seven years as a member of the partnership at Baker & McKenzie. The latest in a string of high-profile departures from KWM’s embattled Europe and Middle East arm, he leaves behind just five partners in the firm’s Dubai office.
