Third-party litigation funders Psari Holdings and Adonis Lemos, who bankrolled a claim brought by former CC client Excalibur Ventures in 2013, instructed Withers to bring the claim against CC after defeat in the High Court. The claim was launched in December last year and Withers has now confirmed that the settlement has been made. However, the contents are confidential and Clifford Chance has refused to comment.
