Cozen O'Connor takes 8-lawyer team to found state attorney generals group

The controversial practice area of challenging the methods and decisions of state attorney generals is spreading to new firms as Cozen recruits ten specialist professionals - including the 8 lawyers - from Dickstein Shapiro.

Cozen O'Connor describe Dickstein Shapiro as having the 'nation’s leading State Attorneys General Practice'. The migrants to Cozen include four partners. Two of them - Bernie Nash and Lori Kalani - will co-chair the new practice at Cozens.

Critical government investigations
