French firms in wine partnership

Not just wine though as partnership agreement between Stehlin & Associes and BDA brings global to Bordeaux and takes Bordeaux global.

Stehlin & Associes, an independent commercial law firm with around thirty lawyers, and BDA, Bordeaux's leading law firm, have signed a partnership agreement to strengthen and complement their expertise and geographical spread to service clients in French and internationally.

New stage

Stehlin & Associates, which turns 30 this year, advises large companies, financial institutions and investment funds on business and investment operations. Since the beginning, the firm has adopted an international approach, including cross border issues in Asia an West Africa. BDA, created in 2010 by Didier Brezillon, who had previously worked for large international organizations, has six lawyers who working in local and regional markets. They are particularly active in corporate and tax law and have developed recognised expertise in the wine sector. “Our teams are already working together in perfect synergy, and it will be very valuable for us to be able to rely on a renowned Parisian firm to offer new business opportunities to our clients in France and internationally. BDA say they will be able to draw on the international expertise of Stehlin & Associes teams as well as social law aspects of corporate finance.
