Efficiency drive cuts costs at CMS
Some £72m has been saved by CMS in the UK through moves including its transfer to a state-of-the-art building in London and an outsourcing agreement with Integreon.
These efficiencies have helped the UK arm of the firm record an average profit figure of £802,000 per equity partner. The move to the new building just over a year ago is calculated to have reduced space needs by 30% while increasing fee-earner capacity by 20%.
