Adil is a law firm COO and Private Equity Operating Partner. With a background in investment banking and private equity, Adil then moved into UK Legal almost a decade ago. He has executed multiple PE deals in the UK legal sector and has launched two law firms in London and one in New York, engineered the rescue and relaunch of two UK law firms (including Rosenblatt Law out of RBG Holdings plc) and held multiple C-suite roles in UK law firms, including CEO and COO. Through his PE advisory business at Taha & Co, he now helps law firm leaders and investors make law firm strategy and deals work.
