Specialising in commercial and regulatory advisory, she offers a wide range of experience in the telecoms, media and technology (TMT) sectors, combined and strengthened by her strong background in both corporate and commercial advisory as well as disputes and litigations in the region. Her practice is focused on TMT, data protection, copyright, AI, fintech, payment services, and medical regulations and advisory. She has advised major players in the region on wide-ranging, complex and new-to-market matters, including matters related to the laws, regulations and standards applicable to telecom service providers, payment service providers, healthcare service providers, e-commerce, technology, AI, IT and cloud service providers.
