Alejandro Penados is a Guatemalan lawyer with more than eighteen years of experience in civil, commercial, corporate and white-collar litigation. A partner at Comte & Font-Legalsa, he has represented clients across diverse and highly regulated industries, handling multifaceted disputes that combine administrative, corporate, commercial, criminal and arbitral components. His practice focuses on high-complexity, strategic conflicts, including shareholder disputes, commercial distribution, unfair competition, succession and regulatory controversies involving the State.
