Artem Mykhailyk is an Associate at Redcliffe Partners’ Banking and Finance practice. Artem assists in the preparation of legal advice to legal entities on the Ukrainian regulatory framework, providing loans to enterprises, securing loan agreements, providing financial services on the territory of Ukraine, advising on the regulatory framework in the financial services sector, due diligence and preparation of legal documents of a wide range of kinds. Artem holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the State University of Trade and Economics.
