Olexiy Soshenko is the Managing Partner, Head of the Banking and Finance and Debt Restructuring practice, and Co-Head of the Capital Markets practice, at Redcliffe Partners. He specialises in international finance and capital markets transactions and has more than 25 years’ experience representing investment banks, international financial institutions, and borrowers on all types of syndications and secured finance transactions, as well as private and public securities offerings. Olexiy holds an LLM from the University of Minnesota Law School and a law degree from the National Law Academy of Ukraine. He has been a certified attorney-at-law in Ukraine since 2000.
