Ashley Koley is an associate with Foley & Lardner, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, where she is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. Ashley counsels clients regarding all aspects of intellectual property, including copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and entertainment-related matters. She is also active on several litigation teams in the high-tech, design, and entertainment-based spaces. Ashley is a founding member of Foley’s Digital Assets, Web3, and NFTs team (DAWN).
