Bahadır Balkı is the Managing Partner of ACTECON. Bahadır holds an LLM degree in European economic law from Europa-Institut at Saarland University, Germany, and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. He serves as an ambassador of the Value of Competition programme by Oxford University’s Centre for Competition Law and Policy. His academic contributions include co-authoring Merger Control in the EU and Turkey — A Comparative Guide, published by Wolters Kluwer, which presents the first comprehensive analysis of the relationship between EU and Turkish merger control law and practice. He also lectures in the corporate ethics and compliance management programme organised by the Ethics and Reputation Society of Turkey.
