Bahadir Balki is the managing partner of ACTECON. Bahadir holds an LLM degree in European economic law from Europa-Institut at Saarland University and is admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association. He serves as an ambassador of the “Value of Competition” program by Oxford University’s Centre for Competition Law and Policy. His academic contributions include co-authoring “Merger Control in the EU and Türkiye – A Comparative Guide” published by Wolters Kluwer, which presents the first comprehensive analysis of the relationship between EU and Turkish merger control law and practice. He also lectures in the corporate ethics and compliance management program organized by the Ethics and Reputation Society of Türkiye. His strategic leadership has helped establish ACTECON as a Tier 1 competition law practice recognized by The Legal 500, representing major clients including Meta, EssilorLuxottica, Mondelez and Coca-Cola in complex and high-profile transactions and investigations.
