Carina is a part of Schjødt’s tax department. She specialises in corporate and international taxation, as well as accounting law and general corporate law. Carina regularly advises clients on tax and corporate questions related to mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and real estate transactions.
Carina holds a master’s degree in law from the Faculty of Law of Oslo University, where she specialised in tax and corporate law. She also holds a master’s degree in audit and accounting from the Norwegian School of Economics and is a state authorised public accountant.
