With particular expertise in copyright and related rights, David brings extensive knowledge across the full spectrum of IP & IT matters. His practice spans both pre-contentious and contentious IP issues, where he advises multinational corporations and individuals on complex IP matters and represents clients in sophisticated transactions. David regularly speaks at national and international IP conferences and serves as a lecturer at several prestigious institutions, including in the Master’s Degree in Art Market Law at Universidad Carlos III (Madrid), Master’s Degree in Digital Law & AI at Economist & Jurist School, and Master’s Degree in Healthcare and Life Sciences Law at Universidad de Deusto (Bilbao).
