Karen Seif is counsel in the dispute resolution and international arbitration practice at Habib Al Mulla and Partners. She advises on disputes and contentious matters in the construction, corporate, energy and public defence sectors, under the rules of major international and regional arbitration institutions, including the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, London Court of International Arbitration, the AAA-ICDR Foundation and the International Chamber of Commerce. Karen is on the faculty at the Sorbonne University (Abu Dhabi) and is a peer-review published author on United Arab Emirates law. She has also held faculty positions at New York University (Abu Dhabi) and was a judicial fellow in the United States Federal Courts (Northern District of California).
