Matthew Page is a partner at Habib Al Mulla and Partners, specialising in construction and commercial arbitration and litigation in the United Arab Emirates and internationally. He has acted as counsel in numerous commercial and construction arbitrations, both ad hoc and under the rules of the major arbitral institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre, the London Court of International Arbitration, the DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Centre, the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and UNCITRAL. Matthew is a solicitor-advocate qualified in England and a registered legal practitioner of the Dubai International Finance Centre courts. He also sits as an arbitrator. Matthew has represented governments and multinational companies in investment treaty arbitrations and advised on international law issues and the protection of foreign investments.
