Nils-Hendrik is an associate at BLOMSTEIN, advising German and international clients on all aspects of international trade law. His practice focuses particularly on investment screening under German law, where he assists German and international companies in the context of cross-border M&A transactions. He also represents clients before German and European courts as well as before procurement review bodies. In addition, Nils-Hendrik advises on EU regulatory and compliance matters, particularly in the areas of sustainability and ESG.
