Ella Richardson is a lawyer in the Family Law Team at Mills Oakley. Ella completed a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor Social Science, majoring in Public Policy, Law and Governance at Macquarie University in 2022. Before commencing her career in family law, Ella worked in plaintiff class actions, insurance and employment law. Ella’s diverse work experience in the legal industry has equipped her with key skills which she regularly draws upon whilst working as a family lawyer. Ella regularly works on a variety of family law matters including property matters with trusts and complex corporate structures, high-conflict parenting matters and divorce applications. Ella is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia and is a contributor to the Mills Oakley Family Law Newsletter.
