Susan Warda is a leading Family Law Accredited Specialist, Collaborative Lawyer and trained Parenting Co-ordinator in Australia and a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL). Her international practice focuses on cross-border matters and she also hosts “Beyond Borders: International Family Law”, an Australian podcast featuring expert insights from around the world. Susan regularly acts in a wide variety of matters concerning complex financial issues, family business arrangements, property settlements and parenting disputes. Susan is a partner at national law firm Mills Oakley, where she heads the Sydney family law team and is widely recognised for her contribution to the profession. Susan is one of only 16 professionals named in Australia as a Leading Prenuptial Agreement Lawyer and has been named as a Recommended Family Lawyer (Sydney) by Best Lawyers, and a Recommended Sydney Family & Divorce Lawyer and Family Lawyer (High-Value and Complex Property Matters) in the prestigious Doyle’s Guide.
