Emilia Hodge leads Berggren’s Brand Advisory & Legal business at Berggren, a leading Finnish full-service intellectual property law firm. She specialises in trademarks, copyright, design protection, and related regulatory frameworks. Emilia advises national and international clients on unfair business practices, company and auxiliary business names, domain name disputes, marketing law, consumer protection, and data privacy issues. She litigates disputes before all courts in Finland, including the Market Court and Supreme Court.
Emilia co-authored the Fashion Law Handbook (Muotioikeus, 2024, 500 pages), offering insights into the evolving landscape of IP and commercial law, and has chaired the Finnish Fashion Law Association for several years. She also has experience as an in-house counsel for one of Europe’s largest clothing manufacturers.
