Erik Pérez Caballero joined Costinica Abogados in September 2021, as an Associate. Erik has been practicing for over 18 years in intellectual property law, mainly in filing patent applications, utility models and industrial designs, trademarks, domain names, sanitary registration and counterfeiting in all areas of IP. He has participated in national and international conferences about biotechnology and life sciences patents, and patent procedure in Europe, among others. He was coordinator of the Committee of Regulatory Affairs of the Mexican Association of Intellectual Property Lawyers (AMPPI) from 2020 to 2022. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
