Luis Pavel García Costinica, managing partner at Costinica Abogados, is a Mexican lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property matters, and more than 14 years in fashion law. He has assisted the biggest fashion retailer in Mexico and several international companies involved in the fashion business in Mexico and abroad. He headed the legal team for several international brands wanting to invest in and become part of the Mexican fashion industry. He is a member of ANADE, BMA, INTA, ASIPI, AMPPI, AIPPI and ECTA.
