Federica regularly advises Italian and international clients involved in a wide range of disputes before first-instance courts, appellate courts and the Italian Supreme Court, spanning from tortious and contractual liability claims to insolvency proceedings, corporate directors’ and auditors’ liability cases and IP litigation.
