Federica Serrantoni is a junior partner at ArbLit, where her practice focuses on litigation before domestic courts, including cross-border disputes and arbitration-related litigation. Federica regularly advises Italian and international clients involved in a wide range of disputes before first-instance courts, appellate courts and the Italian Supreme Court, spanning from tortious and contractual liability claims to insolvency proceedings, corporate directors’ and auditors’ liability cases and IP litigation. Furthermore, Federica acquired extensive expertise in proceedings for recognition and enforcement in Italy of foreign judgments and arbitral awards and advised in several cross-border cases involving judicial assistance for proceedings pending in foreign jurisdictions (including procedures for the gathering of evidence and service).
