Marco Torsello is a founding partner at ArbLit and leads the litigation department. Over almost 30 years of practice, Marco has developed specialised skills and knowledge in commercial litigation and international arbitration. He regularly represents top foreign and domestic clients in a variety of business-related matters in domestic, transnational, and multijurisdictional commercial disputes. He often serves as an arbitrator and as an expert in Italian civil and commercial law before foreign courts and arbitral tribunals. Marco is also a full professor of law at the University of Verona.
