Gian Gualberto Morgigni is a counsel of the Tax and Tax Planning Department at Chiomenti. He obtained his law degree from the Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome in 2010 and his master’s degree in tax law from Sole24Ore Business School in 2011. He joined Chiomenti in 2011 and was admitted to the Italian Bar Association in 2013. His expertise covers, amongst other matters, estate planning, taxation of high-net-worth individuals and trusts, taxation of corporate transactions, and structuring of incentive plans for key managers with regard to both domestic and international aspects. Gian Gualberto has authored several publications on tax matters and participates as a speaker at tax conferences and seminars.
