Raul-Angelo Papotti is a partner at Chiomenti and a recognised expert in international and domestic tax law. His practice focuses on cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and the tax structuring of mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate transactions. He regularly advises multinational groups, investment funds and private clients on international tax planning, private wealth management, trusts and estate planning. Raul also assists clients in dealing with tax authorities and in managing sophisticated tax matters arising from international investments and reorganisations. Over the course of his career, he has developed significant experience in advising both Italian and foreign clients on strategic tax issues linked to global operations and investments in Italy.
