Tze Yen is primarily involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, international and domestic joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters. Tze Yen has been involved in a broad range of corporate work and has, amongst others, advised financial institutions, insurance companies (general, life and takaful), manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers and specialty traders on their mergers and acquisitions transactions. Tze Yen also advises on data protection and compliance.
