Tracy is primarily involved in equity fund raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory including Labuan matters, international and domestic joint ventures, and general corporate and commercial matters. Some of the notable transactions in which she has been involved in include advising on schemes of arrangement, advising on the disposal of, the acquisition of and the merger of companies across various industries; advising on selective capital reduction and repayment exercises; advising listed companies on their privatisation, renounceable rights issue, dividend reinvestment schemes and establishment of employee share schemes; acting as issuer’s counsel or underwriters’ counsel for the initial public offering and listing of several companies and a real estate investment trust on Bursa Securities; acted as issuer’s counsel in relation to the listing and quotation of stapled securities in Malaysia.
