Iain Tucker is a partner in the Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group in the British Virgin Islands. He advises on contentious commercial work with a particular focus on international insolvency and fraud-related litigation. Iain brings extensive experience in complex, high-value, cross-border disputes and proceedings. He regularly acts for clients based in North America, China and East Asia. Iain has particular experience in assisting clients in relation to freezing orders and other urgent injunctive relief, often in support of foreign court and arbitration proceedings.
