Daniel Hayward-Hughes is a senior associate in Walkers’ Insolvency & Dispute Resolution Group, based in the London office, where he co-leads the blockchain disputes practice. He practises British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Bermuda law. Daniel specialises in all aspects of contentious insolvency and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on cryptocurrency and digital assets. He regularly contributes articles and presents on crypto disputes.
