Ian De Witt is partner and founder of Tanner De Witt, one of Hong Kong’s largest and best-known independent law firms. As co-head of the Restructuring and Insolvency Practice, Ian has focused on commercial litigation and insolvency matters, including asset tracing and the enforcement of judgments, preemptive actions such as injunctions and court appointed receivers and liquidators.
