Natalie Lam is a Senior Associate at Tanner De Witt’s Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. Her practice includes acting in all aspects of company winding-up proceedings, such as appointment of liquidators, claims against directors and related parties; matters in personal bankruptcies, with experience acting for trustees and bankrupts as well as other interested parties. Natalie has also earned a reputation for representing clients in general and cross-border litigation, including shareholders disputes; international fraud and asset tracing; and general commercial litigation. She has successfully assisted in numerous high stakes matters and adeptly handle challenges arising from diverse legal systems. Natalie has a deep knowledge of international regulations and has expanded her experience by advising several clients in debt recovery and asset tracing matters involving cryptocurrency and claims against cryptocurrency exchanges.
