Jax England

Jackson “Jax” England is an associate in Foley’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Transactions Practice Group. He brings a strong foundation in corporate law, transactional work, and entrepreneurial legal support. As a summer associate at Foley, Jax supported mergers and acquisitions by drafting key documents such as stock powers, officer certificates, and board resolutions. He also conducted legal research and statutory analysis.
