José Antonio Román joined MENPA in 2020. He studied at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (Lawyer, 2020) and the Universidad Metropolitana (Specialization in Corporate Law, 2025). His practice focuses on a wide range of legal areas, including civil and commercial law, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and labor matters. Additionally, he provides counsel on public law, regulatory issues, and tax and customs procedures. José Antonio also represents clients in dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on national and international arbitration.
