Joe is a Professional Support Lawyer at Turcan Connell. His role involves applying an understanding of legal and market practice to support the firm’s Tax and Succession department. Joe has a particular interest in trusts and gave evidence to the Scottish Parliament’s Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee when the Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Act 2024 was at Stage 1 of the legislative process.
Joe is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Scotland Branch Committee and has completed the STEP Diploma for Trusts and Estates in Scotland.
