Mark is a Legal Director at Turcan Connell, based in Edinburgh. Mark specialises in the provision of advice to philanthropists. He also has extensive experience of tax and estate planning for private clients, their families, trusts and partnerships, and has a particular interest in cross-border work.
Mark is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Charity Law Association and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-border Estates.
