Mark is a Legal Director at Turcan Connell, based in Edinburgh. Mark specialises in tax and estate planning for private clients, their families, trusts and partnerships, and has a particular interest in cross-border work. He also provides advice to private philanthropists and those involved in the charity sector. Mark chairs Turcan Connell’s in-house Executry Practice Group. He is a member of STEP, the Charity Law Association and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-border Estates.
