Khrystyna Pogoretska is Associate at IMPACTA LAW’s Cross-Border Litigation practice group. Khrystyna is a qualified lawyer under Ukrainian law with extensive experience in domestic litigation and international arbitration. She has been involved in complex commercial and antitrust disputes, cross-border litigation, and high-profile investor-state arbitration cases conducted under the ICSID and SCC Arbitration Rules. Khrystyna holds an LLM in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS), completed in 2025.
