Ksenia Koriukalova

Ksenia Koriukalova is Counsel within IMPACTA LAW’s Cross-Border Litigation practice group. She has over a decade of experience in cross-border dispute resolution, international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Throughout her career, Ksenia worked on commercial and investment arbitrations under the rules of leading institutions, including the International Chamber of Commerce, LCIA, the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, ICSID, the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. She also represented clients in complex litigations before Ukrainian courts, including the Supreme Court, and worked on high-stake cross-border litigation projects. The projects Ksenia has worked on cover a wide range of industries, including energy and natural resources, transport, infrastructure, real estate and construction, banking and financial services, and international trade. Ksenia holds specialized degrees in international arbitration and dispute resolution. She is admitted to practice in Ukraine and the State of New York.
